These terms and conditions specify the agreed terms of use for the wisteriabeautyus.com. This agreement is between you, the person accessing and/or using the Website (You) and Wisteria Beauty at the address 6663A Old Dominion Drive, McLean, Virgina 22101.

The website is owned and operated by Wisteria Beauty LLC. Your access to or use of the website is subject to your agreement to and compliance with these terms and conditions.


GIFTCARD POLICY

  • Customers can purchase a plastic card in-store or an e-gift card via phone. An E-gift card will be sent to the customer's email given after purchasing.

  • Gift card or e-gift card can be used for services listed on Wisteria Beauty website (excludes lashes&browns services).

  • Reservations must be made for each customer. Call 301 850 8875 to book an appointment or via our website booking system.

  • A gift card or e-gift card can not be redeemable or exchanged for cash or credit or pay for another gift card

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No further discounts are applied.

  • Gift cards can be loadable and reusable for future use.


Cancellation Policy

We, Wisteria Beauty, pride ourselves on great customer service. Late arrivals, missed or canceled appointments come at a cost to the business and it interferes with the smooth running of our services and creates unnecessary follow-up and scheduling issues to other customers. As all the customers are important to us, your co-operation would be much appreciated that allow us to service and see everyone on time. Please let us know or call us on 301 850 8875 if you are running late for your scheduled appointment.

Arriving late to your scheduled appointment:

-          If your appointment time becomes inconvenient for your, please let us know at least 1 business day and we are more than happy to reschedule you to a more suitable time. This will allow us to fill your appointment time with other customers.

-          If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, you may be put on the waiting list.

-          If you are over 20 minutes late for your appointment, this will result in canceling your appointment and require a new appointment time.

Cancellation and Failure to Attend

-          If you choose not to notify us of cancellation of appointment or fail to attend a confirmed appointment more than 2 times continually, we may have to decline your future appointment with us.

With group booking for 5 people or more, as we require a $20 booking fee for each person, If you are more than 20 minutes late for your booking this is considered a no show and we reserve the right to cancel your bookings without any refund


Refund & Warranty Policy

If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service.

You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service for GEL AND DIPPING POWDER MANICURE.

You must present your original receipt for the last visit in order to have a repair service at free of charge.

We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind or the nail becomes discolored after the services due to chemical reactions (by hand sanitizer or cleaning products, etc..).

We will re-do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.

As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.

We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused . We will not offer free repair or refund when we consult another service for you due your nails’ condition but you want to stay with your original choice.
